Clarence
Coast Dragon Boat Club is a
sports club open to males and females over the age of 12.
The Club was formed in April 2010.
We paddle on the Clarence River, mostly at Yamba. From time to time we also paddle at other locations in the lower Clarence area. To see where our upcoming paddle sessions will be held, click here.
Dragon boating is a team sport with twenty paddlers in a sleek, narrow boat. It is as challenging as you want it to be.
Our Club caters for all levels of fitness and competitiveness.
It's not just about the race. It's all about the challenge. It's about being on the water with friends.
Improving our fitness, strength and technique is the main focus of the Club paddle sessions. Sometimes we just have a social paddle.
Members and new paddlers are welcome at the sessions, although you should be aware of the differences in approach being provided, in order to gain the greatest enjoyment and benefit from the session.
To contact the Club, email ccdbc@aapt.net.au, or our postal address is PO Box 256, Maclean NSW 2463.
